Tell the planner what you teach and it drafts the year: units, the lessons inside each one, and the activities in every lesson, each written knowing what came before. It used to stop at units.

For the first time, planning links to your classes. Sequence the lessons you planned against the periods you actually teach, and the year plan becomes next week.

Your timetable, your day
Set up your teaching day once: periods, slots, which class when. Today shows it lesson by lesson, and holidays and one-off changes go in the same place.

Your day at 7am, a nudge before each lesson
A notification with the day laid out before school, and a reminder as each lesson is about to start. Turn either off in Settings.

One app, phone and web
app.smartteacher.io matches the phone app: plan, grade and take the register from either, always in sync. On a tablet it uses the room.

A register that takes seconds
Present, late or absent with a tap; a late mark is a tap and a time. Patterns are tracked for you, per pupil.

A gradebook that knows how you grade
Categories, weightings and scales set once per class. The working grade is always right and the low ones are visible without a formula.

Report cards
A class report for the period, drafted pupil by pupil from each pupil's real marks and attendance, checked in taps and exported when you are done.

Attendance, marks, reports and notes together. Take a photo with the camera and it follows them into the register.
